How to go about asking previous "client" to review you?

I watched my first dog over Thanksgiving break. During the meet and greet, one of the first things the owner asked me was how long I was on Rover (1 week before Thanksgiving). She asked because I had no reviews, which she said made her a little nervous. I told her all my experience, etc. The dog boarding went very well and did everything to make sure things went smoothly.

This was 11 days ago. She hadn't reviewed her stay and her review could really help me get future "clients". I read somewhere that Rover will send "reminders" to past clients to review the stay.

How long should I wait until I try asking for a review myself? Any ideas on what to say?

Rover does send an email to the clients requesting they review the prior stay, many clients don't respond to those requests. I looked at your profile and it looks like your 1st client did leave a review so congrats.

As you know having reviews is important so ask your friends and family, to leave you a testimonial, they help a lot. https://www.rover.com/account/profile...
