When taking care of dogs in your clients home, how frequently can you provide potty breaks?

What does this mean? The options are 0-2, 2-4 etc. the question is confusing. Obviously I am new to this.

They just want you to indicate how often the dog(s) will have to wait before going outside to potty. the numbers indicate hours, so less than 2 hours, 2 to 4 hours, etc.
