Some of my customers think the boarding "Overnight" Rate includes the day, as opposed to daycare and boarding separately. Is the Boarding defined as 12 hours overnight or a full 24 hour day including daycare?
Boarding is defined as 24 hours of pet care. Rover does not call it "overnight." In fact, there isn't any type of rate that is described as "overnight." Rover charges on a nightly basis, in the same way that a hotel or a commercial facility would.

As an independent contractor, you have the ability to charge however you'd like, but make sure that your profile lays out how you charge and that you communicate this to your customers.
