My dog is not eating and vomiting after interval of 3-4 hrs and is very ill plz help???

Unfortunately, most of us on the Rover Q&A board are not licensed or legally qualified to give medical advice. It sounds like you have done the right thing by taking your pup to the vet, who should be able to give much better information regarding your dog's condition.

If you are following the veterinarian's specified medical regimen of medications and your dog does not seem to be improving, it might be time to make a follow-up appointment with your veterinarian. You can also seek a second opinion from a different vet if you feel your pup's diagnosis may have been in error.
