Where do I note for myself the details about a dogs stay? And is this private?
My question.... Where do I make notes privately about the details of a dogs stay?

You can put it in the Dog Notes section. To get there you have to be on the website, and not the App. Click on the dog's profile and then click "edit your dog notes". And yes, they're private.
