Puppies do have "baby teeth" known as milk teeth. They start to come in when the puppy is about 2 weeks of age. A puppy will start to loose it's teeth between about 4 months to 6 months old when the last of the adult teeth push the milk teeth out.

Yes! My dogs all did, when they were less than a one year old. It is normal, so do not worry :)

Yes. Your puppy should have all their baby teeth in by about 12 weeks. Then at 16-20 weeks old they will lose their baby teeth and will grow their adult teeth in. At about 20 weeks old your dog should have all their adult teeth. The adult teeth are larger and not as sharp as the baby teeth.
