Why does my puppy have red bumps on her belly?

It could be an allergy of some sort. You won’t know for sure unless you bring him/ her to the vet. You can try using oatmeal shampoo and see if that helps. It could. That also depends on what the allergy is to and the severity of it ( if it is in fact an allergy)

It could be many things! I would bring your dog to the vet if there is no improvement after a day or two, if your dog is constantly licking/ scratching the area or if the it changes in order for them to see what could be going on. Ringworm, dry skin, infections, and many other things could be the cause.
