A dog owner keeps requesting me and canceling. I haven't watched his dog yet or even met him. He has made several requests. I just think it's not a good fit.
You can't block someone from your profile or requesting you. In this situation I would tell the owner to contact Rover Support or Rover Match for another sitter/walker assistance. I would also send a message to rover support and let them know your experience with this customer and you sent him to rover support.
Agreed. The next you get a request, you can also just let him know that because he has cancelled multiple times, you'd like to keep your spots open for other clients. Honesty is generally the best policy, otherwise you'll likely keep getting his requests.
