What does External Withdrawal mean on Rover.com?
Am just needing to know because I know what it means when you have a withdrawal history by year, and that means what you have made throughout the year and that's what you get paid for the following year. What exactly is a External Withdrawal History? Please can someone help me figure out what that is. Thanks!
