Why does my dog wet the bed?
My dog only has accidents in her own bed now, why does she do this?

I have had this happen before as well. I do recommend a vet visit because we were told it could be age but it also could be a possible infection. I hope this helps you!
Regardless of where it's happening, if your dog was successfully able to hold it for X number of hours and now is having accidents, it sounds like you need you need to contact your vet.
Age related problems, a urinary tract infection, disease or even a seizure could be the cause. A vet can help rule things out.
dogs that have urinary issues at night can have urinary incontinence which can be a hormonal issue. For this they can prescribe a drug called phenylpropanolamine which can help strengthen the loose urinary sphincter. It could also be a urinary tract infection, stones, etc. recommend a UA at the vet
