Why do my Meet & Greets schedule different? -SOLVED! Thank you!

When I go to schedule a Meet & Greet with my new potential clients - lets say I schedule it for 10am on such and such day, it sends my clients a time of 9am (an hour behind). Why does it do that? I'm always having to correct my messages with the clients.

EDIT: SOLVED! Thank you so much! I had the wrong Time Zone set up in my profile :)

It sounds like when you enter your location, the system's recognized time zone might be the source of the issue. Of course, you could write the time in the message, but you might want to contact Rover support through the submit a request function https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/re... or email suport@rover.com or toll free phone number.

Ah HA! Thank you! You helped me figure out the issue - I needed to fix the Time Zone on my profile - it somehow was set for a different zone than the one it should of been. Thank you!
