What can I give my dog for car sickness?

I use the ginger base Gravol and give the human dosage. These are mostly natural, non-drowsy and safe. I give it to the dog about an hour and a half before the car ride and again as we get in the car. After a few times of not being sick in the car, most dogs do not require the Gravol anymore.
