$20 Coupon
A friend gave me a coupon for $20 off my first booking. Although I have never booked on Rover, the coupon won't apply since I had previously created an account. Does anyone know a way around this?

I'm having the same issues. I've never booked on Rover previously and was trying to use a $20 promo code and it kept telling me the format was incorrect. I don't know a way around it other than perhaps creating another account?
