Is there a way to send a client a video of their pet?

Rover states that one of the features for clients is, " You can even enjoy photo, video, and message updates to follow along on every adventure while you’re away."

How do you send a video?

I send videos to customers emails that I get during the meet & greet because I use my laptop and couldn't send them thru their rover account.

Do you use Rover App on the phone? You can add photos or videos from your phone

But the video must be shorter than 15 second

I made videos by my phone up to 2 minutes, then send it through the Rover App with no problem. I don't record the video through the App.

I haven't really used the app. I have it just always found the computer to be easier to send messages, just overall easier and it goes faster with the computer. But thank you for the info I will have to look into it. thanks!

Yes, there is..I did it the other day, in fact, when I fed the owner's young birds, to show her how it went the first day. I made it on my iPhone, then sent it through text message to her direct Rover number, not the app. It worked. The app said "this is blank" so apparently it can't be done on the app, but long ones can be sent via text.
