Is there a way I can help a client who is traveling out of state and needs to find care for her pups find a caregiver?

I did rate the owner as 5 stars. Is this visible to other sitters? I would like to be able to give her a boost in finding someone she likes while she is on vacation with the pups.

Only Rover staff see the ratings you give dogs after a stay,

You could always tell her to use you as a reference, although I don't know of any sitters who would require them. As a Rover customer, she can book sitters anywhere. Obviously she can't do a M&G and that's where offering to be her "reference" comes into play because some/many sitters may not accept a job without a M&G. It would probably help reassure potential sitters with your experience in taking of her dogs.

I thought that was the case - that no one could see the client rating. Really good suggestion on the reference. I will offer that. Thank you, Karen.

The customer can always contact rover support and ask for rover match to provide her with one or two rover hosts to send a request. With the rating and review(s) you have provided to rover, they will provide her with anyone that is a close match to her needs. You can also call or send rover a message with any detailed information you believe would help direct the owner to great rover hosts. It is extremely rare, but I have accepted pups without a meet & greet but the owners and I have done detailed questionnaire phone interviews. So far, that has always worked out and I would take those pups in a heart beat if they are out this way again.
