Tax form help?

I have the total amount I was paid by Rover in 2016 but my accountant is asking for a 1099 or whatever tax form I use to report. Or do you not supply year end statements? I checked via PayPal and there are no tax forms available for me.

No, Rover does not supply 1099s unless you get paid directly from Rover by check only. As an independent contractor, you may not always receive 1099s and they are not attached to your filing anyway. Your accountant should be able to use the info on Schedule C.
