Why won't my dog stop eating?
My dog has been eating non-stop for a few days and I'm wondering if this is a normal phase. He'll eat anything! Could he be ill? How can I tell?

It sounds like this is more than simply enjoying high-quality, nutritionally packed highly digestible food and guarding it as a resource. I'd advise you take a stool sample to your vet for analysis, to check if there are parasites causing this.
