How old is a dog still considered a Puppy?

How old is a dog still considered a Puppy for Rover booking rate purposes? I have a dog who is over a year old, but was still charged the puppy rate. I feel like if the dog is housetrained and not destructive, it shouldn't still be considered a puppy.

For Rover a puppy is a dog under 12 months. It probably charged a puppy rate if the info for her dog hasn't been updated recently, I'm not sure if it does automatically. So, if he's still listed as a puppy, they'll charge as a puppy. You can also adjust the stay cost at time of booking.
