Does PayPal take out a percentage when you withdraw money?

I noticed that PayPal has different fees. Does PayPal take any money from you when you withdraw money from Rover? And does it take money from you when you transfer it to a checking account?

No. We, as Sitters, experience no fees when withdrawing money and depositing funds into our accounts.
