rover pricing

I have a client that is on her 3rd booking with us. I offer a discount for the second dog in my pricing and for stays over 7 days, when she was attempting to book with us. it is charging her full price for both dogs and not giving her the discount for 7 days, Ive tried calling rover directly, but have been unable to get thru. Does anyone have any suggestions Thanks

Hi Candace, I believe you have to manually discount the second dog which is easy to do. Just modify the request and update the price per night for the second dog.

Yeah, I've noticed that Rover automatically updates the extended stay rate for the first dog according to whatever rates you have entered in your profile, but the second dog rate is static, so if you wanted to provide a discount for the second dog, you have to change it manually. As Amber said, this is easy to adjust - you just have to remember to edit the rates each time before booking the stay.
