It could be the certain food that you're giving them causing frequent bowel movements

Is it possible that you are feeding to much? Or maybe try feeding a specific times of the day. I've found that my dogs will use the bathroom about thirty minutes to a hour after they have eaten.

Certain types of food that have a higher or more rich protein content can cause dogs to poo more frequently. Talk to your vet about recommendations they may have on good foods to help combat this constant elimination.

My pup Jordy was on a high protein diet and would go as much as 6 times a day. Now that we have switched his food to a hydrolyzed protein diet, he has cut down the frequency to twice a day.

Of course, things like eliminating waste will depend on other factors as well. This is just one to consider.

Your dog may not be absorbing all of the foods nutrients. Cheap foods that contain alot of grains, corn and artificial dye will irritate the digestive tract. Your dogs diet may contain alot of stuff her body can't use. ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฉ
