How to offer a partial refund?

I had a perfect sit over the holidays but I left the heat up too high. I want to give the client a $600 refund. How do I use Rover to do this. Thanks, Robert Janowitz 650-303-7775

Hi, Robert. If you would like to offer a refund to a client, you can contact Rover Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to speak with someone directly, or you can use the Help Center to send a message requesting a refund for the client. Rover Support is awesome at responding to requests quickly, so either way should work well! Here is the link to send a message: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/re...

$600 sure sounds like a lot for a refund! The choice of offering that to your client is very noble, I'd love to hear how the heater and $600 are related ... ?

$600 is an awful lot for a single heating bill. Take some time and think about if this is a fair amount before taking the plunge on this.
