If a client books numerous non-consecutive days at the same time, when will I get paid?

I have a client currently interested in having me do a drop in visit every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the next two months. Will I have to wait until the entire two month period is up until I'm paid? Or will I get paid every monday (48 hours after the stay on Saturday)? Thanks!

Hi, Jennifer! For my clients who have similar needs as your new potential client, I usually have them send me the dates they will be needing at the beginning of each month and then send them a request each Sunday with the days for that particular week. This way, they are not shelling out a whole month's worth of visits at once and you get your payment regularly. Also, though I too am doing drop-in visits, I send these as a dog walk request, because this way you are able to select specific days without having to adjust the cost and have a reservation that appears to span the whole week when really it is just for a few days. It's perfect that your drop-in and walk rate are the same for this. I hope this helps!

I am a daily walker, some of my clients book me weekly, some do a month at a time. Sure I don't get paid for the monthlies until all the services are completed, but for me it's not a big deal. What is easier for the client is best for me.
