Does Rover also handle cat-sitting?
Can I use Rover to find cat-sitters? When away, I want to have someone stop by for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening.

Yes, there are Rover sitters that offer cat sitting services. To find those sitters, under Drop In Visits, beneath the Dates and Visits per day area, there is "More Filters"....click on that and a drop down menu shows Sitter Info and Services. Select Cat Care under Services, and a list of all sitters that offer it will show on the list.

Is cat sitting a flat rate, or is there a separate fee for each cat in the household?
It depends on the sitter. You can see if there are additional rates for additional pets by clicking on Additional Services & Rates (in blue letters) below the list of services offered in a sitters profile.
