I would like to delete a testimonial I've received and don't know if it's possible. The person tried to help, but was in a hurry and wrote trivial information that won't help people interested in my profile to be more confident about my experience taking care of dogs. The person is willing to rewrite it with more time and dedication, but we are not figuring out how to delete the testimonial that already appears in my profile.

Personally, I didn't think the review sounded negative, just more like it was a puppy you were caring for that was in the process of potty training.
It would be good if there was a mechanism to approve / reject a review. I asked a friend to send me a review and he wanted to act funny, so he copied and pasted in some random text. Now I have that text on my profile and I have to call Rover to have it removed.
You can send them a review request through rover to their email and they can give another review. That also pushes their first review down the list.
