What kind of shots or paperwork required for the sitters when boarding? and do they need to be neutered?
I have a 4 yo female maltese and am shopping around for boarding for her when i go on vacation next year for a week and looking to get necessary documents so i can prepare.

That would be a question you would ask the particular sitter that you have hired or are considering. Each sitter is able to make their own requirements/polices with regards to shots and proof required. Some will require that they be spayed, but some don't.
For your own pet's safety, we highly recommend getting your Rabies and Bordatella vaccinations. Not all sitters will require it, but it protects your animal from infectious diseases.

I do require the pets coming into my home to be vaccinated for distemper, bordatella and rabies. It is for the protection of the pet coming in as well as pets already there. I suggest monthly flea preventative.
