can rover.com ask a past client for a review?
After a client has stayed and does not enter a review is it possible for http://Rover.com to prompt them to review their dogs stay?

Rover does send an email reminder to all clients to review the stay, just like how they send the sitters a reminder to review the dog(s). Some people don't give a review after the first stay, but will give a review after a couple of stays. Some people don't give reviews no matter what (either good or bad), and others will just leave a starred review with no comments entered.
