There is no reason that you have to continue the relationship, either professionally or personally, if you feel uncomfortable. Based on what you said, I would feel uncomfortable with some of the actions taken by the husband, and I'm 63! You run a business and are not obligated to create a personal relationship with your clients, although sometimes it works out that way. I have made friends with some of my clients, and some of my clients were friends before the sitting started. You do not have to accept unacceptable behavior.
In the future, just decline any requests you may receive from them.
