I understand the new rating system gives me a poor rating if I take a client who is coming to me for a one time dog sit because their regular sitter is busy. Is this correct?

Perhaps I mis understood the new rating system. I was under the impression that taking a one time only dog sit will actually make my rating decrease. I raised this concern before and I am here again to clarify this point. There was wording of the such that if I take a new client and they do not return to me (which this latest request would fit) my rating will be negatively affected.
