What if person wants long term stay rate?

What is someone needs a long-term stay rate for months? for example say they want a drop in visit every day Monday through Friday for the next three months. can you do a separate rate for that specific person and if so how do you do that ??

On the page for that request is a box on the left side with details of the stay - dates, names, prices, etc. Click on the Edit link next to the price. A new window will open that allows you to customize.
