I wanted to see where my profile was in my city. I can't even find it and have not gotten any new clients lately. Any ideas?
This question comes up every month or so on this forum.
First, I cannot find your profile, either. Usually, when a sitter posts a question their profile pic shows with a link that says "Book a stay with me in (your city)" but I don't see that after your name. I would start by contacting Rover support.
Second, looking for your own profile is always a sticky deal. Before hitting the panic button, try using a different browser and do not log in, just put in your zip code (search "incognito"). There have been times I haven't been able to find myself at all, but when I used this process I was #1 in my area!
If you still can't find yourself after this, again, call Rover support.

Do you perhaps have your services set in "Away" mode? Usually here on the Q&A boards there is an option to "Book at Stay" through a blue button located under the users' name when they post something. You should be able to see this on the right side of Carmen's comment. This is not showing for you.
