Change response to a review?

I just realized I spelled a dog's name wrong in my response to a review. DUH!! The dog's name was Sammy and I had a Meet & Greet with a dog named Sammie (note different spelling) right before I wrote my response (it was all positive except the typo)

It seems I can't edit the response but it does look like I can delete it. But will I be able to re-do the response if I delete the current one? I don't want to leave no response at all after they left me a nice review (and HUGE tip)
