How do I leave a tip for my dog sitter?
I plan to leave a tip for my dog sitter, but I would like to leave it after the stay. Is there a way I can do this through Rover?

There is no way to tip online through Rover. You will need to do it in person or snail-mail it to him or her.
In person at pick-up, via mail afterwards. If it's for walks or drop-ins, in an envelope with their name where they will find it (by the leash, dog foid, etc).
cash or paypal but if rover sees you use the word paypal or cash in your messages they will flag your profile and contact you because you can't accept outside money that for the actual booking and services you provide. I've written to rover several times about adding a tip feature and they say it's a proper request but don't know when they will be able to offer it.
This is a great suggestion. I did a dog walking gig for a week and I'm pretty sure the Owner would have tipped me but we never came into contact with each other once I got the key. Hey Rover!!! are you listening? Can you make it easy for Owners to tip if they want to? LOL!!
I hope Rover makes it a choice for sitters. Dog owners should know whether the price includes gratitude (so they can make valid comparisons). Whether the sitter is working for tips, or not.
I would also add some known charities. Maybe even a Rover-chosen charity of the month. Let sitters choose that to be the recipient of gratuity. That would give Rover some good press. Could even have "100-club" (500-club) badges for sitters and owners.
