What does it mean if you don't see "Book Again" under Past Stays?

I do not see this option on one out of 10 of my last stays. This person reviewed me highly previously and then the dog stayed with me again. I was just checking out my past stays and noticed that every stay has the button to "book again" except for this dog. Did they rate me poorly or something? Just wondering what that means.
