What would be the rate from July 2nd at 8:00 a.m. to July 4th at 11:00 p.m.

3 days/nights. The dog would be with you for two nights plus, effectively, another full day. 8 am to 11 pm is 15 waking hours. Anything over 8 hours I will charge for a full day.

I agree with Karen. I would charge 3 full days at your holiday rate because of the time difference between dropoff and pickup.
This would be your holiday rate for 2 nights plus one day of your holiday daycare rate. Personally, I don't usually add on the extra daycare fee, but most sitters do.
