Is there a way to remove a photo?

A client uploaded a parking permit with some personal info on it and now it's available in my Rover gallery. This is not good.

I checked your galleries as well and there's no photo of a parking permit viewable to the public.

Clients can't upload any photos onto your Rover page or gallery. You control what is posted there.

The photos that clients upload are available for you to view, but will not be public on your profile. Only photos that you upload (and don't have marked as "private") will be available for others to view.

I have the same problem. A customer sent me a picture of her dog's toy bone and now it's in my pictures. I wonder if I call Rover they can delete it. Let me know if you found a solution. Someone mentioned you can "hide" it but not sure how to do that.

I went through all your photos and saw nothing out of the ordinary, like a photo of a toy bone. You can "hide" any photo in the canine client gallery by going to the message to which it was attached, Put your cursor over it on the right side and you should see a "hide."

Well if you didn't see a blue plastic bone there I guess it's fine. I still see it but I cannot find the "Hide button" Thanks though.

The Hide/Unhide option is accessible by going to the dog's profile page by clicking on the dog's name from one of your past stay messages. All the public pictures that have been uploaded by you and other sitters will be there. When you enlarge the photo, the Hide/Unhide option is in the bottom left

Ahhh ok I see it but the bone is not there like you said. I did click on one of my pictures and saw the "Hide" button. Now I know how to do it. Greatly appreciated Karen.
