I am a dog sitter. Your online process has screwed up and is posting the wrong info. What can we do?

If only I could talk to a real person. You should have a phone number or email address to directly answer questions.

Why is there no direct contact phone or email?

Now it looks like you'll double bill these folks for a stay from the 20 thru the 24th.

Rover will correct any duplicate billings, as sometimes errors happen in the booking process.
