Does Paypal take out a fee? [closed]
I know Rover takes 15% of your sitting profit. When you transfer it to Paypal, does Paypal also take out a percentage?

No, Rover takes care of the fee. No other fees are taken out by Paypal.
It may depend how you have it linked. I transfer from Rover to PayPal, and from PayPal to my linked checking account without any extra fees.
No, PayPal does not take out a fee. If you opt to receive their mastercard (free), sort of like having a debit card, you receive money back monthly just by using the card (which is your money). By having the card, you also do not have a withdrawal amount restriction.
