will rover add other domestic animals to there site or just strictly dogs and cats?

Amber from Rover here! There have been all sorts of animals watched through Rover. Horses, pigs, goats, shrimp, bearded dragons. If you're wanting to watch other types of animals, just make sure to include that information in your profile.

I don't know exactly what Rover's plans are, but I could foresee them adding other animal categories like "small animals" for hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs, etc. Then probably "exotic animals" for lizards, snakes, and other reptiles. I would love to see them add small mammals/animals, reptiles, birds, fish/aquarium animals, and maybe livestock all as separate categories. Those are my thoughts. I definitely second what Amber said about what people are doing until Rover adds other animals. Just mention it either early in your profile or in your headline so people know right away.
