About: Hey there! In the past few years I have worked in vet clinics as well as pet boarding facilities which has taught me the skills to ensure your pet stays happy and healthy! I have experience training young dogs for shows, and I absolutely love working one on one with them! I am also currently training a puppy for service work. Personally, I have had both young and senior dogs and cats. I am currently working part-time, so I’ll have lots of time to take care of your pets! My schedule changes weekly, but if you get in touch with me I’d be happy to share my availability for the next couple weeks. About: We’re an active, pet-loving family with two gentle, caring 9-year-olds who dream of having a dog of their own. While our jobs as teachers keep us busy during the week, we’re home and fully available on weekends, holidays, and throughout the summer—ready to give your dog all the love, attention, and playtime they deserve! We have a fully fenced yard, back onto a beautiful walking trail, and absolutely love being outside. Your pet will be part of the family—snuggles, playtime, walks, and lots of affection included. We’re experienced pet sitters and would treat your furry friend like our own. If you’re heading out of town or just need a loving temporary home for your pup, we’d love to help! We have Weekend availability as well as holidays. Being teachers we will also have full summer availability and lots of time to offer walks and exercise! Our home is a safe, welcoming space with a fully fenced yard and direct access to a walking trail—perfect for regular outdoor play and exercise. Our twins are gentle, loving, and have grown up learning how to respect animals. They understand the importance of giving pets space when needed and are always supervised during interactions. About: I am a member of Arthur Animal Rescue, having experience in cat sitting. I was an owner of 3 different cats for over 30 years. I am available for full time cat boarding or cat sitting at your house, and dog walking. I may take care of other tasks at your house as needed. I currently don't have animals at my house. I can offer cat boarding at my house or at client's home. I am available for the frequent visits at the client's home. In each option I will take care of emptying litter boxes, feeding the cat, cleaning the feeding dishes, changing the water. I am familiar with automatic feeders and pet water fountains. About: I have taken care of pets since I was about 12. Friends and family have relied on me to look after their fur-babies for as long as they need me to. I love animals with all my heart, and love to take care of them. I’m currently a University of Guelph student and I’m available anytime throughout the day. As long as I am given specific times you need me for your fur-babies, I will be there. I provide the best care when I know your pet’s schedule. If you leave instructions, I will follow them. If something doesn’t make sense to me, I will ask. If your pet requires special medication that needs to be taken at a specific time or in a specific way, I will do that. The health and safety of your fur-babies is my top priority, and u can expect me to treat them with the utmost respect.

About: For 15 years, I have worked as a trusted elementary school teacher who cares deeply for my young students. I have also been relied upon for pet-sitting and dog-walking for a number of families for many years. Feeding, playing, exercising, cleaning, caring for all pets' needs. I am currently available for the summer, as my job is seasonal, and begins in the fall. I have complete availability for days and nights! I ensure my own pets are comfortable and well cared for. When I stay in others' homes, I follow pets' routines and meet their needs.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life! I have dog groomers and boarders in my family; they must have rubbed off on me! In addition to growing up with cats and dogs, I have independently cared for others' pets. I have experience walking, feeding and providing general care for cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages! I can administer medications (i.e., oral medications, eye drops, topical ointments) to pets, in addition to general grooming. Having previously worked on a regenerative farm, I feel comfortable caring for animals in diverse environments, and can lift over 100lbs. I ensure my quality of care meets owner standards and do not stray from owner instruction! I often have repeat clients. I have a flexible schedule since I currently only work part-time. As a result, I am able to work together to find a time that is accommodating. At this time, I do not live in an area with a fenced-in yard. However, I have access to plenty of green space and trails that allow for regular activity. If an animal is staying at my home, I try to replicate the space (i.e., beds, blankets, toys and bowls) to ensure comfortability and familiarity. Similarly, if I am caring for an animal at the client's home, I will use products that the animal favours. It is important to me that routines are followed (as instructed by the owner) to minimize stress, maintain healthy habits, and promote trust between myself and the animal.

About: I have lots of pet care experience with all kinds of dogs. I have taken care of senior dogs with medical needs, reactive dogs and puppies. I am super outdoorsy and love to hike, run and walk. I have just finished my undergraduate degree in Biology, so I am free for the summer. I will have plenty of time for taking care of your pets and can have a flexible schedule. I have a fenced yard and a cattle dog, Jed, at home. If boarding is needed, our pups would have to meet first to see if they get along. I am happy to care for your pets in your home and will respect all boundaries set out for your home.

About: Grew up on a country property with many cats and dogs, sparking my love for animals; big and small. About: Amanda is the owner and operator at Guelph Dog Walking Co. From the moment she adopted her first dog in her early 20's, Amanda has made learning about what makes dogs tick her passion. With stacks of canine behavior books adorning her bookshelf, and hour upon hour spent attending training classes with her own dogs, Amanda is continually looking to improve her knowledge of dog behavior. As owner and operator of Little Star Pet Photography where she continues to work on a part time basis, Amanda has considerable experience with dogs of all shapes, size and backgrounds. She regularly donates her time to various animal organizations in the area. Amanda resides in Guelph with her partner, two children, dog and two cats. She loves reading, crocheting, ice hockey and walking. Aside from dog walking, Amanda also offers pet sitting her home. Her house is on a quiet dead end street. It is a bungalow, which is great for senior dogs who may have trouble with stairs. The backyard is completely fenced, and is 166 feet deep which means there is a ton of room to run. The resident dog, Hazel loves to play, play, play! There are also two dog savvy cats and kids who reside in this space. Please note that all guests must be familiar with kids and cats. They also must be crate trained.
