A great way to let your family experience the wonder of puppies without contributing to canine overpopulation, you can foster an expectant mother or litter of puppies (or kittens) with the Humane Society and other rescues. Keep in mind that puppy rearing is a full time job and you may suffer some sleepless nights in the process. Of course, a few weeks of unlimited puppy snuggles are a perfect cure for what ails you.
Camp Unleashed is adult summer camp you can attend with your dog! Featuring off-leash fun for around 50 dogs per session, there’s a mix of human and dog-centric activities, from wine tastings to agility training. There are quite a few camps like this across the nation, so check for one in your area. Organizations like Dog Scouts host camps too.
