Lost, dirty, and alone, stray Julia was reported wandering the neighborhood by a good Samaritan. The dog was so disheveled that many people were convinced she was a small wolf, or perhaps a coyote. Whatever her breed, Julia was sick, mangy, and in desperate need of TLC.
