The connections we have with each other are more important than ever before. We at Rover want to thank you for being part of the Rover community right now, as well as all you are doing for the people and pets in your life. You are likely shouldering a lot, while also supporting your circle of family, friends, and neighbors. We are grateful to you.

A top priority for us is your well-being. This hub covers U.S. government support and other information and perspectives. Many details below are directly relevant to independent business operators, including the incredible sitters who use the Rover website and app and whose business have been deeply affected by this pandemic. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations regarding masks for the CDC in advance of a service or meet and greet, and we will continue to update this hub—check back here for updates. We will continue to look to the CDC for the most up to date information.

Please also know you can reach out to us with questions. As always, you can contact us here for the U.S., and for Canada here.
