Hafþór (pronounced Hafthor) weighs 400 lbs, stands 6′ 9,” and can handily deadlift 990 lbs—and he recently thrilled the internet by adopting a tiny Pomeranian puppy. The puppy’s name is Asterix, after the classic comic strip Viking.
The average weight of a Pomeranian is about 5 lbs, so the question is: can Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson deadlift 198 Pomeranians?
