Dalmatians may be the traditional firehouse mascot, but these days, many more breeds are helping out around the station.
Bulldogs, hounds, and mutts of all sizes are represented in firehouses around the world. Some dogs are trained to sniff for arson supplies, some provide comfort for victims and firefighters, and some are just there to be cute—but all are appreciated!
