Anime fans are rejoicing at the sneak peek behind-the-scenes video Netflix released today of the cast of Cowboy Bebop at a table reading. Not only can you catch a glimpse of John Cho with his hair grown out to play the lead role of Spike Spiegel, but the video starts out from the point of view of the handsome corgi dog playing Ein. Check it out:

Fans of the show voiced concern over the summer that the character would go to a husky dog actor instead of a corgi due to casting issues. But as you can see, live-action Ein is not only a corgi but a dead ringer for his animated predecessor.

In addition to John Cho as Spike, the cast includes Daniella Pineda as fellow bounty hunter Fay Valentine and Mustafa Shakir as pilot Jet Black.
