No matter which human football team you’ll be rooting for in the big game on February 2nd, everyone can agree that Team Ruff and Team Fluff are the cutest sports teams of all time. Will team Ruff be repeating their victory of last year, or will team Fluff be running the ball to victory in 2020? It’s anybody’s game out there.
Behind the scenes of Puppy Bowl XVI
Each year, rescues are chosen from across the nation to send puppies to represent them in the big game. The 38 starting puppies for Puppy Bowl XVI are between 12 and 26 weeks old and usually have already found adoptive homes for the off-season.
With the game less than a month away, some players have been making the spotlight on their local news and social media. Let’s meet some key players!
Lucca
Lucca is playing for Texas Chihuahua Rescue of Pleasonton, TX.
Eli and Sebastian
Eli and Sebastian are representing the East Greenwich Animal Protection League of Cranston, RI. This is the third year sending players to the big game for the non-profit.
