She is great with making sure she a good understanding of specific needs. She also communicated back to me while we were gone. Alyssa loves all animals. She always is exciting about them and we haven't seen an animal yet that did not like her. She does love to spoil them with attention. Alyssa also has very good customer service skills that she has learned with her past places of employment. She is also very helpful and empathic person to people as well as pets.
