“We had a first stay with Michelle this week and it went really well for our sweet but anxious dog. Michelle's temperament was calm, caring and connected with our pooch and she had great communication with us. We are new to boarding so I was a little unsure how the urban/apartment environment would work for our dog - but it seemed to be just fine - lots of cozy time and plenty of outside opportunities as well. Michelle provided updates as she figured out what worked best for our dog to get comfortable - which is mostly time and a routine which worked well. We will surely work with Michelle again. Our dog had a birthday during her stay with them and they had some special approved treats and birthday signs ready for her! “Lanvi was wonderful. She sent multiple pictures each day of his stay. We were able to see all the different places he went and the other dogs he played with. Lanvi quickly learned to understand Tully and what he was wanting- play, toys, going outside or coming back in. Tully will definitely be back.”

“Rebecca took great care of my little Pixie. She sent pictures of her every day, along with an update. Pixie is a picky eater, Rebecca also made sure that she was getting enough food as well. Rebecca's dog, Pearl, is also a sweetheart and super easy going. So they both had a chance to play and socialize.”

“I went back to Khai again for boarding my husky, Ouji, while I went snowboarding this past weekend. (In fact, I had wanted to go back to the the previous weekend as well, but because another dog they were boarding preferred to not have additional dogs, he had to say no, which makes Khai a truly responsible caretaker!) I went back again because of how comfortable I felt with him from my first experience. He always gave me updates whether that was mealtime, backyard playtime, walks, or other shenanigans. He was also very receptive to any care instructions that I wanted changed for Ouji (like when he threw up a bit from being too excited). To wrap this up, I can’t say enough good things about Khai, his family, and Kobe for the warmth they bring to every dog they board. Ouji who can be pretty antisocial is now super excited to be there (and play with Kobe), and never wants to leave 😂 Would highly recommend!”
