“Ashley was wonderful! She was able to take care of our pups on short notice and sent tons of pictures! Our dogs loved her and she took great care and played lots of fetch! I absolutely recommend her and will be using her again!”

About: Hi! My name is Sophia. I am a nurse with a passion for working with children that extends to loving on strangers' pets! Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing patience and routine, I’ve cared for them and treat every pet like they’re my own. My uncle has two American bullies, and my aunt has a senior dog that I offer to take care of from time to time while they are away. Those three angels are the reason why I decided to get my own dog! I have a deep love for animals and a calm, confident approach to pet care that helps pets feel safe, happy, and stress-free. I work three times a week on a self-scheduled basis. I will make sure to update my availability as soon as my schedule is out. When I have my free time I would love to give some TLC to your fur babies and make sure they are content and happy! I will care for your pets with the same love, patience, and attention I’d give my own three fur babies. Your pet’s safety and happiness come first. I will follow your routines closely to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I will make sure to provide you with regular updates and tons of cute photos while you are away. My goal is peace of mind for both of you!

“Amazing as always. My dog had an injury right before I had to leave town and Courtney was able to give him his medicine and gave updates with how he was doing. I know Courtney is going to take great care of Cooper and it keeps my mind at ease.”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities — from playful puppies to gentle seniors, energetic large breeds to cuddly lap dogs. Whether it’s feeding, walking, administering medication, or just providing a safe and loving environment, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I love creating routines that make pets feel comfortable and happy, whether that’s a brisk morning walk, a game of fetch, or just curling up for a snuggle. I also have a 1.5-year-old mini Goldendoodle who I absolutely adore, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family member! I am currently on summer break, so I am pretty flexible! When school starts back up, I will typically only be available in the evenings! Whether your furry friend is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, I strive to create a calm, loving, and secure environment that mirrors their routine and makes them feel right at home. In my home, pets are supervised closely, given plenty of love, and kept in a clean, safe space that’s free of hazards. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure each one gets personalized care and attention. My own pup is friendly, fully vaccinated, and always supervised during any interactions. In your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, from feeding schedules to walk routes and bedtime habits. I provide regular updates with photos and always keep communication open, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, you can count on a trustworthy, responsible sitter who treats your dog like family.

About: Along with my own dog, I have sat and cared for my friend's and family's pets for a couple of years now and I am a very detail oriented and attentive person who truly cares for animals, almost more than humans. I am home from college for the summer and work part-time, so I have plenty of time to care for and get to know your babies! I can walk, feed, play with, and care for dogs in line with your instructions, whether that means administering medication(s) or staying with them overnight!

“Jess was such a great choice to watch my Sammy boy. We were gone from 5/22-6/1 and had no idea it was getting VERY warm here in Iowa. We did not yet have our window air conditioners in. At one point, it got to 85 in our house. I was able to have a neighbor install the window ac’s. Jess was concerned for Sam and offered to stop by to check on him (on a day that wasn’t originally on the calendar). I truly appreciate her doing that! We were in Florida and that helped eased my mind!! We’re already set up to have her take care of him later this summer. Thanks again Jess!”

About: I grew up caring for dogs my entire life so far, and cats/exotic animals later on. I had a golden retriever from ages 0-10, two Bichon Shih Tzu mixes from ages 11 into my late teen years, and a mini golden doodle and Bichon poodle mix from my teens until i moved out at 18. I also grew up keeping exotic animals since age 8 with help from my parents, and started caring for them on my own since age 16. I have kept frogs, toads, an anole, and even a praying mantis! My partner and I currently have a Husky/German shepherd mix, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a red eared turtle, a day gecko, and an american toad. I am well versed in caring for all kinds of reptiles and amphibians of all habitats, including arboreal/tropical, desert, aquatic, etc. When it comes to feedings, any kind of feeders/bugs don’t scare me😅. I currently work part-time, and am a full time student. I am doing online college, and working towards a business management degree. My coursework is online, so my schedule is pretty flexible when it comes to pet care. I am home daily, and my partner has days off on Mondays and Tuesdays. We are both huge animal lovers, and have endless love to give! I live in a 3 bedroom condo, with a partial non-fenced backyard, so I would be walking any dogs on a leash. We have 3 cats, so we have 2 litter boxes in the house for use.

About: Growing up I have had both cats and dogs as well as spending a few years working on a horse farm, so I have a life time experience taken care of animals. My hrs are flexible if your are looking for something later in the day or it is needed over night or on weekends. I belive that it depends on what the owner of the pet needs, I am flexible to do what ever needs to be done in order for the pet to feel most comfortable keeping to there routine. As for my own dog we feed her twice a day let her run in our fenced in yard multiple times a day and we go for walks once a week.
