“Jess was such a great choice to watch my Sammy boy. We were gone from 5/22-6/1 and had no idea it was getting VERY warm here in Iowa. We did not yet have our window air conditioners in. At one point, it got to 85 in our house. I was able to have a neighbor install the window ac’s. Jess was concerned for Sam and offered to stop by to check on him (on a day that wasn’t originally on the calendar). I truly appreciate her doing that! About: I grew up caring for dogs my entire life so far, and cats/exotic animals later on. I had a golden retriever from ages 0-10, two Bichon Shih Tzu mixes from ages 11 into my late teen years, and a mini golden doodle and Bichon poodle mix from my teens until i moved out at 18. I also grew up keeping exotic animals since age 8 with help from my parents, and started caring for them on my own since age 16. I have kept frogs, toads, an anole, and even a praying mantis! My partner and I currently have a Husky/German shepherd mix, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a red eared turtle, a day gecko, and an american toad. I am well versed in caring for all kinds of reptiles and amphibians of all habitats, including arboreal/tropical, desert, aquatic, etc. When it comes to feedings, any kind of feeders/bugs don’t scare me😅. I currently work part-time, and am a full time student. I am doing online college, and working towards a business management degree. My coursework is online, so my schedule is pretty flexible when it comes to pet care. I am home daily, and my partner has days off on Mondays and Tuesdays. We are both huge animal lovers, and have endless love to give! I live in a 3 bedroom condo, with a partial non-fenced backyard, so I would be walking any dogs on a leash. We have 3 cats, so we have 2 litter boxes in the house for use.

About: Growing up I have had both cats and dogs as well as spending a few years working on a horse farm, so I have a life time experience taken care of animals. On top of that not only do I love animals but I am also passionate about the work that I do and love to help others where ever I can. I am available most Monday- Friday 8:30am to 4pm. My hrs are flexible if your are looking for something later in the day or it is needed over night or on weekends. I belive that it depends on what the owner of the pet needs, I am flexible to do what ever needs to be done in order for the pet to feel most comfortable keeping to there routine. As for my own dog we feed her twice a day let her run in our fenced in yard multiple times a day and we go for walks once a week.

About: I am a PhD candidate studying Animal Science at Iowa State. I have cared for many different typed of animals in the past from cats and dogs, fish, pigs and sheep! If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I am willing to travel for some openings as well. I have two dogs, and a cat. I’ve been in the routine of letting pets out mornings, afternoons and evenings. I commute to work and can do drop in visits on my way to and from Ames. My dogs are crate trained and my corgi is in the crate when I am out of the house since she’s 10 months old. I have previous dog sitting and house sitting experience and spend evenings walking dogs that I am watching or playing fetch in the backyard.

I LOVE dogs, cats, sloths, sea otters and pretty much all animals in general. I have a huge heart and SO much love to give! I am very energetic, bubbly, and outgoing...I would love to meet some doggies (and maybe some humans in the process too) and give them some lovins' and exercise :) I work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to walk your pups or play with them outside of my job. I am available for house sitting dogs and cats. I’m generally available in mornings or afternoons around 4 pm. Since I do work a variety of jobs I just need a days notice but I can usually work around your schedule for the most part! I have experience pet sitting in the home and have done jobs where pet parents are out of town for the weekends or for work trips and I am happy to watch the house as well. I have a kitty cat so I wouldn’t be able to fully board but I’m able to take your doggo on walks, to the park, to a patio, etc etc. I can watch the dog at my house in the backyard but wouldn’t be able to take them inside the home.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I love being able too see and pet all sorts of animals. I think that it would be a privlidge to take care of someone else's pet. I would treat them like my own and take them on various walks and many potty breaks. Its something that you can't ever get back, spending time with animals is relaxing and it helps with your emotional needs too. I generally love animals because they have such a personality of their own sometimes. I have taken care of sick animals too so a sick pup in need is a pup that I can take care of so that you don't have to miss out on work or an event. I only work until 2 pm and I am only working part time hours right now so I have plenty of time during the week and every other weekend to play with your pup! I have two cats and a small dog at home. We take our dog out almost every time we go outside and she has a regular potty schedule! She constantly has food, and cold water (out of the fridge). Safe to say your pup will be a little spoiled.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was right around 9 years old. Many of my friends and family still ask me to watch their animals. I do work a full time job but I work a job that allows me to leave during and I will be available before and after work. I will follow all your directions and make your Pet is very well taken care of. I will treat them as if they’re my own.
